Former lead singer of Warrant, Janie Lane was found dead this morning. Of course they haven't released cause of death yet, but we all know Janie has struggled for years with drug and alcohol issues. Back in the day Warrant had huge success with the song "Cherry Pie" and a few other top 40 hits. Eventually the band broke up, Janie went off on his own and found some success as a solo artist and even did a little acting. I remember more recently Janie appeared on the reality show Celebrity Fit Club. He had gained a bunch of weight and didn't even look like himself. Anyway, Janie must have had money issues as well because he was found dead in a Comfort Inn hotel in California.
So, who's next? That's Amy Winehouse, Janie Lane.... number 3 should be right around the corner.

I used to always think he was sooo cute! Loved the song "Cherry Pie". It's sad how drug and alcohol addiction is taking these people with such talent.
