I have no clue as to what purpose this photo of Jamie Lynn Spears serves other than to show off her boobs. She has a Tennessee drivers license.... that says a lot and she does her banking at Bank of America. The confusing part is where she is holding the cards. I thought you swiped the ATM using her other slot.
